A B.Tech from IIT Kanpur (Electrical) and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Jayant has over 28 years of Corporate experience across Automotive, Consumer Durables, Industrial, Media and Semiconductors at various levels, including as CEO.

His last Corporate position was at National Semiconductor Inc (now Texas Instruments) as part of the Asia Pacific leadership team responsible for business across Asia Pacific (excluding China & Korea), based in Hong Kong.

In 2011, Jayant set up Scotwork India with responsibility for business development & delivery of Scotwork Program  in the Indian subcontinent. Over the last 11 years, programs have been delivered across industries , functions and levels with consistently high ratings and impact.
